Facilities and Grounds Maintenance Division:

Our Facilities and Grounds Maintenance Division provides the following services; wide-area mowing, improved and semi-improved mowing, bush hog service, mulching, planting, turf treatment applications, sod, hydro seeding, softscaping, ornamental tree trimming, debris removal and site clean up, land clearing, dump truck service, skid steer service, loader and back hoe service, pressure washing, snow plowing and snow removal, salting and de-icing, all inclusive and general property and housing maintenance services, administrative services, basic real property maintenance, upkeep of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpet, carpet cleaning, janitorial services, grounds maintenance, fencing, concrete & brick, roofing, and other services as needed.

The LMC concept of standard and special crews, allows us, to design a plan of operations, tailored specifically, to meet the technical specifications of any facilities maintenance contract and to take over an existing contract with seamless application while retaining the flexibility to meet changing conditions, and special needs with a timely and effective response. Our ongoing training program allows us to cross train our personnel, so that they may better assist one another on the job site. Our standard crews and other special crews can be directed to assist our special trade crews already on site, when conditions warrant.

Protective Services Division:

LMC Governmental Services, Inc. provides a variety of security and law enforcement services and training for government entities.  Our security officer-training program provides for all aspects of building and facility security, law enforcement and emergency situations.  Our in-service training and certification programs meet or exceed governmental standards and mirror the standards of the State of Ohio Police Officer Training Commission. Our in-service training program is designed to provide, on a regular basis, the most advanced and up to date training to all employees and managers to stay abreast of advanced information and technology in their respective fields.

Our Protective Services Division provides the following services; security assessments, law enforcement and private security training, special weapons and tactics teams, administrative security management, security guards and/or security force, executive protection, executive protection training, security consulting and training, law enforcement consulting and training, investigations, asset protection, use of force and subject control training, firearms training, etc.

LMC Governmental Services prides itself on strong management skills, excellent employee relations and the ability to work as a team.  LMC is composed of a team of professionals that have a wealth of experience and successful track record in their particular field of expertise. One of LMC’s main priorities is to maintain close relations with its customers by interacting with designated contact persons on a regular basis to ensure that all requirements are met and that our performance is exceeding their expectations.  LMC synergistically combines innovation, strength and a sense of purpose coupled with adaptability to enhance contract compliance and customer satisfaction.  

Leadership:

Larry E. Jackson, a principle and co-founder, fills the position of the President. Mr. Jackson is a 58-year-old native of the Miami Valley, Vietnam Veteran, a U. S. Marine, Service connected disabled veteran and a Native American Indian. He has a happy marriage of 15 years with four children and three grandchildren. Mr. Jackson brings considerable experience in grounds maintenance (16 yrs), sales (18 yrs) and excavation and heavy equipment operation (14 yrs). He is retired from the Montgomery County Veterans Affairs Office as a Veterans Service Officer where he administratively assisted veterans in obtaining their government benefits. Mr. Jackson fills his position of President by overseeing the overall operations and the technical trade areas of the company.

Samuel C. Cody, a principle and co-founder, fills the position of the Vice President and the Chief Operations Officer of Protective Services. Mr. Cody is a 32-year-old native of the Miami Valley, Desert Storm and Somalia Veteran, U.S. Marine, police veteran of Montgomery County, Ohio and a current police academy instructor and law enforcement trainer. Mr. Cody has a wonderful marriage of 7 years with three children. Mr. Cody has spent the last ten years in the landscaping and grounds maintenance fields and the last five years in governmental contracting learning the market and the technical aspects of the contracting arena. He has further devoted the last ten years to educating himself in financial literacy, marketing and sales, and business management. He brings considerable experience in large-scale organization and accounting from his time in the U.S. Marine Corps as a Battalion/BLT Ammunition and Explosives Chief where he managed millions of dollars worth of government property. Mr. Cody has further acted as a Police Officer in Montgomery County for seven years, a Police Academy Instructor for the state of Ohio and three local police academies along with being a law enforcement trainer. Mr. Cody brings from the above great professionalism and discipline into his position of Vice President. As Vice President he shares the responsibility of overseeing the operations of the business with the President as well as overseeing the financial, administrative, Marketing & Sales, and the strategic planning side of the corporation. Mr. Cody has operational command of the Protective Services Division and oversee all aspects of this division.


Stephen Wilder is the Concrete and Finish Masonry Coordinator. Mr. Wilder is a 54-year-old native of the Miami Valley and has worked in this industry continually since a child when he worked for his father whom was also a leader in the masonry field. Mr. Wilder has constructed and maintained many of the Miami Valley's landmarks and has a long and exceptional history in the Miami Valley area.

Steve Aldred is the Plumbing Construction Coordinator. Mr. Aldred has over thirty years of experience in all aspects of the plumbing construction field including the direct supervision of a variety of large and small-scale jobs.

Bill Parsons fills the position of Protective Services Operations Coordinator. Mr. Parsons is a twenty-year veteran of a metropolitan police department. Bill holds a Masters Degree in Criminal Justice. He is a Court Certified Expert Witness in Civil Liability, Officer Survival, Self Defense, Suspect Stops & Approaches, Chemical Sprays and Impact weapons. Bill is the author of three books of personal safety & self-defense and is the co-founder of the Counter Assault Tactics System and co-producer of the Nine Lives Training Center Self Defense System. He is a State (Ohio) certified Instructor in Police, Private Security and Corrections Academies. He is also a Certified Police Academy Commander. Bill is an Executive Protection Specialist and has been featured on radio & TV dozens of times. A former member of The National Speakers Association where he shared his life saving message of personal safety & survival with dozens of Fortune 500 companies.

Cornelius C. Hill is the Cemetery Maintenance Coordinator. Mr. Hill is a retiree of the Dayton National Cemetery. With eight years of experience in all areas of cemetery and headstone maintenance with Veterans Affairs National Cemetery System. Mr. Hill trains and coordinates all company personnel in these areas.

Our team of industry professionals provides the capability and competency to operate all industry specific equipment in there fields.
